What is rei kuromiya?

Rei Kuromiya (黒宮れい) is a Japanese singer, model, and actress. She was born on November 16, 1998 in Sakura, Chiba Prefecture, Japan. Kuromiya gained fame as a member of the music groups, Ladybaby and Brats.

In 2015, she became a member of the group Ladybaby alongside Rie Kaneko and Ladybeard. The group was known for their mix of J-pop and heavy metal music. After Ladybeard left the group, Kuromiya and Kaneko continued under the name The Idol Formerly Known as Ladybaby (TIFKAL). In 2018, TIFKAL disbanded and Kuromiya formed a new music group, Brats, with her sister Aya Kuromiya.

Aside from music, Kuromiya has also worked as a model for brands such as Liz Lisa and has appeared in several television dramas and movies, including the 2016 action film "Shin Godzilla." She is known for her unique fashion sense and often incorporates elements of punk and goth into her style.
